A professional HNW family based in Chelsea are seeking an experienced Live-in Nanny to support the

care and development of their two boys aged 15 months and 4 years old.

This role will involve a combination of shared care and sole charge, working alongside parents who are

highly involved in their children’s day-to-day lives. The successful candidate will be confident in bringing

their own experience and judgement, whilst adapting to the family’s preferences and routines and

maintaining a calm, nurturing environment for the children.

The eldest child, aged 4, is a bright, curious and highly intelligent little boy who is preparing to start prep

school. Sporty, musical and endlessly inquisitive, he enjoys learning, exploring new interests and

discovering the world around him. His younger brother, aged 15 months, is a happy toddler who is

enjoying this exciting stage of development and would benefit from a nanny who enjoys supporting early

milestones and learning through play.

This position is best suited to a nanny who is comfortable working with parents who are very hands-on

and work from home. The family take a child-led approach to parenting and are looking for someone who

can work alongside them whilst remaining adaptable, professional and flexible. The role requires a high

level of commitment, discretion and the ability to respond to the changing needs of a busy household.

The ideal candidate will be cultured, creative and intellectually curious, with interests in arts, music,

museums, galleries and cultural experiences. A love of learning, creativity and introducing children to the

world around them would be highly valued. Alongside this, the family would welcome someone active

and outdoorsy, who enjoys sport and leading an energetic lifestyle.

A background or interest in child development, psychology or physiology would be highly regarded,

alongside relevant childcare qualifications. Previous experience within HNW households and fully staffed

homes would be advantageous, as would a proven track record of longevity in previous positions.

Duties will include organising engaging activities and outings, supporting developmental milestones,

managing routines, preparing healthy meals for the children, overseeing nursery duties, encouraging

school readiness, accompanying the family on trips and holidays, and ensuring the children’s overall

wellbeing and happiness.

The role involves regular travel during school holidays, including extended periods over the summer,

therefore flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for travel are essential. Time will also be spent at the

family’s Oxfordshire residence throughout the year.

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced nanny seeking a position within a professional

household. Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS, have excellent checkable references, and

possess the legal right to live and work in the UK.
