Based between Dubai and London, she works closely with private offices, royal families, UHNW households, and principals across the Middle East, the UK, Europe, and beyond. Her involvement in the Middle East spans private offices and palaces at a level very few in this industry reach. She is regularly quoted in the Financial Times and Bloomberg, and leads a team carrying well over a century of combined experience. Elaine is also the founder of 97 Maud, a luxury uniform and design company working with some of the world’s most recognised hospitality groups and private clients.
Nick Denton
Nick has spent over a decade placing nannies for private families across London, Europe, the Middle East and the US. He joined the team in 2016 and has built a desk known for the quality of its roles and the staying power of its placements. Before recruitment, Nick studied at the Royal College of Music, a background that quietly informs how he reads people.

Jody spent his earlier career performing in the West End before moving into private service and working within some of the most significant private residences in the world. He now focuses on senior household roles, including house managers, chefs, butlers and chauffeurs. His approach is grounded in what works in practice.

Ellie has spent over 15 years in luxury services and leads the corporate and private office division, focusing on senior and specialist roles. Her work spans private households, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, and she has been involved in a number of large-scale projects on the US East Coast.
