Contract: Temporary – ASAP until mid-October
Schedule: Daily cover required – one Chef preferred, although two Chefs sharing the period could be considered
Meals: Lunch and dinner
A lovely private family based in Chelsea are seeking an experienced Private Chef for an immediate temporary position through to mid-October
The family are a couple with a baby who enjoys simple, beautifully prepared food rather than overly elaborate fine dining
The Clients enjoy a Mediterranean-based diet, however with a preference for French and Japanese cuisines, so the Chef should be confident across these styles and be comfortable creating fresh, varied menus for everyday family dining
The ideal candidate will be discreet, flexible and accustomed to working within a private household. The family would ideally appoint one Chef for the full period; however, two Chefs could be considered to provide continuous cover
Key Requirements
• Experienced Private Chef with strong private household experience
• Confident preparing both French and Japanese cuisine
• Fresh, simple and high-quality family-style cooking
• Preparing lunch and dinner daily
• Comfortable working within a family environment with a young baby
• Professional, discreet and flexible
• Excellent references
• Available to start ASAP and ideally commit through to mid-October
