A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly educated, warm and engaging Afternoon

Nanny to join a lovely VIP family based in Kensington, Central London, supporting two

bright children aged 11 and 13. The household is fully staffed and very focused on the

children's wellbeing, happiness and development. The family are seeking someone who

can quickly build a natural rapport with pre-teens and teenagers, bringing warmth,

energy and a positive presence to the children's afternoons and evenings.

This role has a strong educational focus, supporting the children with homework,

organisation and exam preparation, while encouraging conJidence, curiosity and strong

study habits. Both children attend excellent private schools and the nanny will also liaise

with teachers when appropriate to ensure they remain on track academically. A teaching

background, PGCE or similar academic training would be highly advantageous,

alongside experience working with children aged 11 years and above. Experience

supporting children within the American private secondary school system would also be

highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will be fun, Jlexible, adaptable and genuinely enjoy working with

older children, while also supporting their social and emotional development during

these important years. The family are looking for someone interested in committing

long-term and becoming a trusted and consistent presence in the children's lives.

During term time, the hours will typically be Monday to Friday, approximately 2:00pm–

8:00pm. During school holidays, the successful candidate will work full-time hours

(approximately 10 hours per day) and should be happy to travel with the family for 4–6

weeks internationally each year by arrangement.

This is a rewarding role for a bright, kind and motivated nanny who enjoys helping older

children thrive both academically and personally.

Start: ASAP (the family are happy to wait a standard notice period of 4–6 weeks)
