Full-Time Nanny

A warm, international family seeks an experienced full-time nanny to support their school-aged son and newborn baby, starting May 2026. The role includes travel between Miami, London, and Europe.
Salary and Hours
- Salary: Circa $100,000 - $140,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience
- Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, with flexibility during travel and holidays
Location and Accommodation
- Primary residence: Miami, USA (Sponsorship Provided)
- Regular travel to London and Europe throughout the year
- Live-in or live-out arrangement; private bedroom and bathroom provided during travel
Duties
- Care for school-aged son and newborn baby
- Support morning and after-school routines
- Plan age-appropriate activities and maintain a calm, structured daily rhythm
- Prepare breakfast and snacks for the child
- Support school logistics and extracurricular schedules
- Organise child-related items and maintain tidy children’s areas
Requirements
- Experience with school-aged children and newborn transitions in international, fully staffed homes
- Professional, warm, proactive, adaptable, and discreet
- Confident managing long days, travel schedules, and dynamic lifestyle
- Confident driver and strong swimmer advantageous
- Familiarity with varied cultural environments valued
Additional Information
A maternity nurse will support the newborn for 4-6 months post-birth. A two-week transition period will ensure a smooth handover before the newborn’s arrival.
