Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 gross per annum
A lovely, informal family based in Hampstead are looking for a warm, energetic and flexibleFull-Time Nanny to join their household and support with the care of their five children, aged 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8.
You’ll be joininga busy, hands-on family and working as part of a wider household team,alongside another Nanny, two Housekeepers and a Driver. The parents are veryinvolved with the children, so this is a collaborative role where you’ll workclosely with them while also taking plenty of initiative day to day.
The family arelooking for someone upbeat, kind and playful who genuinely enjoys being activewith children. They are an outdoorsy family and would love someone who enjoystrips to the park, outdoor play and creating fun, age-appropriate activities,while also being confident with boundaries and routines.
You’ll need to beemotionally intelligent, professional and comfortable reading the room within afriendly and informal household. The family would love someone who isproactive, adaptable and able to slot naturally into a busy family environment.
Driving is animportant part of the role, although journeys will generally be short and localto the Hampstead area. A family vehicle will be available. You’ll also helpwith light, healthy cooking for the children, preparing snacks and keeping themorganised for activities and outings.
The family travelregularly, particularly to Spain and Finland, and would like someone withflexibility to join them when required. Travel could be up to approximately 10weeks across the year, although you would not be expected to accompany them onevery trip.
The core schedulewill be Tuesday to Saturday, around 40–45 hours per week. Saturday availabilityis essential, with occasional Sunday support potentially required.
