An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a prestigious UHNW family residence in the UAE, together with two additional private properties
Reporting directly to the Female Principal and working closely with the Family Office, you will take full ownership of household operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, service and efficiency across all residences
This is a senior position suited to an established private household professional with proven experience managing a large, fully staffed residence of comparable calibre
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of three private family residences.
- Lead, motivate and manage household staff, including housekeeping, service and drivers.
- Prepare staff rotas, allocate duties and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Manage household budgets, invoices, petty cash and expenditure, liaising with the Family Office accounts team.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, maintenance and household projects.
- Ensure residences are immaculately presented and prepared for family use, guests and entertaining.
- Anticipate the Principals' requirements and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain household procedures, inventories and operational systems.
- Uphold the highest levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience as a House Manager within a large UHNW private household, palace or estate.
- Demonstrable experience managing sizeable household teams and multiple properties.
- Strong financial administration skills, including budgets, expenses and supplier management.
- Previous experience working alongside a Family Office or professional accounts team.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury household standards and service.
- Previous UAE or Middle East experience would be advantageous.
- Full driving licence with confidence driving in the UAE.
- Excellent spoken and written English and the legal right to work in the UAE (or ability to obtain the appropriate visa).
