Role: Household Personal Assistant
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 gross per annum DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly organised and capable Household Personal Assistant to support a private family principally from their Kensington residence, while maintaining oversight and coordination across additional properties in Oxfordshire and Mallorca
Fluent Spanish and English are essential due to regular communication and coordination relating to the family’s Spanish property and suppliers
This is a varied, hands-on position combining household administration, property coordination, expenses and project support with more traditional PA duties. The role would particularly suit someone who enjoys property, interiors and design and has the administrative confidence to keep multiple workstreams moving efficiently
When the family are in residence, the PA will be predominantly based on-site, working closely with the principals and liaising with their wider business and household teams. You will provide structured administrative support across three properties, ensuring household works, projects, expenditure and schedules are properly coordinated and followed through
Responsibilities will include managing property schedules and appointments; coordinating contractors and household works; involvement in the principal’s design and interiors projects; processing and tracking expenses relating to property redevelopments; maintaining accurate records using basic accounting software; purchasing and sourcing; light diary management; and ensuring actions are followed through to completion
You will liaise closely with the principals’ business PAs, Nanny, Cook, contractors and other household personnel, acting as an important link between the family and their wider support network
The family are involved in equestrian pursuits, and the PA will assist with associated administration and arrangements when required. Previous equestrian knowledge would be useful but is not essential
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Highly organised, structured and excellent at follow-through
- Administratively strong, practical and naturally resourceful
- Confident managing expenses and using basic accounting software
- Comfortable coordinating contractors, household staff and multiple properties
- Experienced with purchasing, invoices and property-related administration
- Interested in interiors, design and property projects
- Discreet, personable and confident working directly with private principals
- Flexible enough to occasionally assist with urgent matters outside normal working hours
