Live-In Nanny

A warm international family based in Ibiza seeks an experienced live-in nanny to care for three children and support their development, with regular travel to Berlin.
Salary and Hours
- Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)
- Schedule: 6 days per week, approx. 7am – 7pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Accommodation: Private accommodation within the family home with separate floor and kitchen
Location
Ibiza, Spain (with regular travel to Berlin)
Duties
- Support children’s daily routines including morning preparation, meals, and activities
- Plan engaging and educational activities
- Encourage creative play and development
- Prepare simple meals for the children
- Manage children’s laundry and belongings
- Support school preparation and kindergarten routines
- Travel with the family between Ibiza and Berlin
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional childcare experience
- Experience caring for multiple children of similar ages
- Warm, calm, nurturing with clear structure and boundaries
- Proactive in planning activities and supporting early learning
- Speak English or German (additional languages welcomed)
- Full driving licence advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fully staffed private household and travelling internationally
