A warm, professional, HNW family based in Chelsea are seeking an exceptional Live-in Nanny to support the care and development of their two boys aged 14 months and 4 years old.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who thrives in a collaborative, family-focused environment. The role will involve a combination of shared care and sole charge, working alongside warm, hands-on parents who place their children at the heart of family life. The family are looking for someone who can confidently bring their own expertise whilst respecting their parenting values, creating a calm, nurturing and enriching environment for the children.

The eldest child, aged 4, is a bright, curious and highly intelligent little boy who is preparing to start prep school. Sporty, musical and endlessly inquisitive, he loves learning, exploring new interests and discovering the world around him. His younger brother, aged 14 months, is a happy and thriving toddler who is enjoying this exciting stage of development and would benefit from a nanny who genuinely enjoys supporting early milestones and learning through play.

The family follow a gentle parenting philosophy and are seeking a nanny who genuinely embraces and supports this approach, whilst bringing the confidence to provide age-appropriate guidance, structure and boundaries. They would love to find someone who is warm, emotionally intelligent and naturally collaborative, with a genuine passion for child development and creating meaningful experiences for children.

The ideal candidate will be cultured, creative and intellectually curious, with interests in arts, music, museums, galleries and cultural experiences. A love of learning, creativity and introducing children to the world around them would be highly valued. Alongside this, the family would welcome someone active and outdoorsy, who enjoys sport and leading an energetic lifestyle.

A background or interest in child development, psychology or physiology would be highly regarded, alongside relevant childcare qualifications. Experience working in partnership with hands-on parents and supporting families who embrace a gentle parenting approach would be highly beneficial.

Candidates should have previous experience working within HNW households and ideally within fully staffed homes, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider household team. A proven track record of longevity in previous positions is highly desirable.

Duties will include organising engaging activities and outings, supporting developmental milestones, managing routines, preparing healthy meals for the children, overseeing nursery duties, encouraging school readiness, accompanying the family on trips and holidays, and ensuring the children’s overall wellbeing and happiness.

The role involves regular travel during school holidays, including extended periods over the summer, therefore flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for travel are essential. Time will also be spent at the family’s Oxfordshire residence throughout the year.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced nanny seeking a rewarding role with a kind, respectful family who truly value exceptional childcare and are looking for someone to become an important part of their family team. Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS, have excellent checkable references, and possess the legal right to live and work in the UK.
