A warm international family based in Ibiza is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to join their
household and care for their three young children: a five-year-old boy, a two-and-a-half-year-
old girl, and a one-year-old girl. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional
nanny who enjoys supporting children’s development within a nurturing, structured, and
engaging environment.
The family spends most of their time in Ibiza but regularly travels to Berlin and other
destinations, so the successful candidate should be comfortable travelling internationally and
adapting to a dynamic family lifestyle.
The role will involve supporting the children’s daily routines, planning stimulating activities,
and encouraging their educational, social, and creative development. The two older children
attend kindergarten during the day, so mornings will focus on preparing them for school, while
afternoons and evenings will centre around play, outings, learning, and bedtime routines.
The children are curious, creative, and enjoy drawing, building, and hands-on activities. The
family is looking for a nanny who is proactive, engaging, and confident in creating fun, age-
appropriate experiences that encourage independence and learning.
As the household is fully staffed, the nanny’s responsibilities will remain focused on childcare.
This will include preparing simple meals for the children, managing their laundry, keeping their
bedrooms and play areas organised, supporting school routines, and travelling with the family.
The ideal candidate will be warm, calm, and highly experienced, with a stable employment
history and a proven track record of remaining with families long-term. A background in
education, child development, or a related field would be highly desirable. Fluent English is
essential, whilst German, Spanish, or Russian language skills would be a bonus. A full driving
licence is required, along with previous experience travelling internationally with families.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming international family in a beautiful location
while becoming an integral part of the children’s lives. The family values professionalism,
discretion, and flexibility, and is looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term
member of their household.
