Role: Live-in Nanny (Separate Accommodation Provided)
Care for: B1 (14 months)
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm
Location: Notting Hill, London (with occasional travel to Devon during school
holidays and the summer months)
Salary: £65,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills, experience and previous
earnings)
Start Date: End of August / Early September 2026
A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill are looking for an experienced,
nurturing live-in nanny to care for their happy little boy, who is currently 14 months old.
He is a cheerful, sociable and healthy little boy with a lovely nature and a real curiosity
about the world around him. Although he is not yet walking, he is expected to take those
exciting Airst steps very soon. He enjoys interactive play, books, music, being outdoors
and discovering new things each day. He will begin attending a local morning nursery
after the summer, so the afternoons will focus on continuing his routine, supporting his
development and creating fun, engaging experiences together.
The family are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys this wonderful stage of early
childhood and will provide a calm, loving and stimulating environment in which he can
continue to Alourish. You will become an important part of his daily life, planning age-
appropriate activities, arranging outings to parks, classes and playgroups, encouraging
his developmental milestones, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and taking care of
all nursery duties.
The family employ a full-time housekeeper, so your sole focus will be on the care,
wellbeing and development of their son. They also have a friendly family dog, so being
comfortable around dogs is essential.
The family spend the majority of the year in Notting Hill, with occasional trips to their
home in Devon during the school holidays and summer months. They would love to Aind
someone who is happy to accompany them when required and enjoys both city and
coastal living.
The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, organised and discreet, with strong
previous experience caring for toddlers in private households. A conAident driver is
essential for this position. Above all, the family are looking for someone who will build a
genuine bond with their son, support him through these important early milestones,
and become a trusted and valued part of family life.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £65,000 gross per
annum together with separate live-in accommodation, providing excellent privacy while
remaining close to the family home.
