We are assisting a warm and welcoming family based in Manhattan Beach in the search for an experienced Nanny to care for their three-month-old son and three-year-old daughter.
Role: Live-in or Live-out Nanny
Care for: B3 months and G3 years
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm, with a three-hour break during the day
Location: Manhattan Beach, California (with travel)
Salary: $100,000 gross per annum
Start: Within 4–6 weeks

for an experienced Nanny to care for their three-month-old son and three-year-old
daughter.
This is a long-term position for a professional, engaging, and proactive candidate who
genuinely enjoys supporting children through their early years. The role offers a
wonderful balance of baby care and toddler engagement, with the opportunity to
become a valued and long-standing part of the family’s support network.
The family are looking for somebody who can conRidently oversee the children's
routines, support their development, and create a calm, nurturing environment where
they can thrive. Responsibilities will include planning age-appropriate activities,
supporting developmental milestones, preparing nutritious meals for the children,
organising outings and playdates, maintaining children's schedules, and ensuring their
bedrooms, play spaces, and belongings remain well organised.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience caring for both babies and young
children, with a good understanding of developmental stages and the ability to adapt
their approach as the children grow. The family would love to Rind somebody who is
naturally warm, energetic, and engaging, whilst also bringing a calm and reassuring
presence to the household.
Both parents are hands-on and involved in their children's lives, and they value open
communication, Rlexibility, and a collaborative approach. The family employ additional
household support, meaning the role is focused primarily on childcare and child-related
duties rather than housekeeping responsibilities.
The position can be offered on either a live-in or live-out basis. Accommodation can be
provided for the right candidate if required.
The family travel periodically throughout the year, and the Nanny should be happy to
accompany them when needed. A conRident driver is preferred.
