Days: Rota – 5 days per week/ 40 hours

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join a fully staffed UHNW household in New York City, USA.
This is a hands-on role for a polished, discreet, and service-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a luxury residence to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative household team. The Housekeeper will be working alongside three other Housekeepers. There will be travel throughout the year, including summers in the Hamptons, North Palm Beach, and the Bahamas.
You will be required to work 5 days per week, with two consecutive days off. Flexibility will be required to meet the family's schedule, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel commitments.
The ideal candidate will be discreet, calm and team-oriented, someone highly organised and adaptable to changing household needs. It’s essential that the candidate is comfortable working around children and dogs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain the residence to impeccable standards.
· Oversee, manage and train the housekeeping team to ensure consistent standards.
· Perform detailed housekeeping, laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and organization.
· Manage household inventory and grocery supplies.
· Assist with vendor coordination and support the Executive Assistant as required.
· Follow established household systems, checklists, and service standards.
· Travel with the family throughout the year, including the full summer season in Bridgehampton.
Requirements:
· Minimum5 years' experience as a Housekeeper in a formal private household
· Valid driver's license
· LegalUS work authorisation
· Ability to pass background screening and sign a confidentiality agreement
