January 2027: Transition to overnight support only

Salary: £350–£450 per 24 hours (dependent on qualiTications, skills and

experience)

A warm and welcoming family based in Holland Park are seeking an experienced

Maternity Nurse to support the care of their 5-month-old baby from October 2026

through to January 2027.

Working closely with the parents, you will take the lead in establishing and maintaining

age-appropriate feeding and sleeping routines, providing reassurance, guidance and

practical support throughout this important stage of the baby's development. The family

are particularly keen to Kind someone with a strong understanding of infant sleep and

routine building, who can conKidently advise whilst remaining collaborative and

respectful of the family's preferred approach.

You will be responsible for all nursery-related duties, monitoring developmental

milestones, supporting weaning where appropriate, maintaining a structured daily

routine and helping to encourage healthy sleep habits. The family are looking for

someone who can bring a calm, organised and reassuring presence to the household

whilst offering professional guidance and expertise.

The baby has two older brothers, so an important aspect of the role will be helping the

family navigate the transition of welcoming a younger sibling into the household. You

will support the parents in ensuring the baby's routines work harmoniously alongside

the wider family dynamic and provide practical advice as needed.

From October until January, you will provide 24-hour support across 4 - 5 consecutive

days per week. From January onwards, the role will transition to overnight support only

for the remainder of the contract.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, knowledgeable and proactive, with

excellent checkable references and a proven track record supporting families with

babies of a similar age. You will be professional, discreet and conKident offering

guidance, whilst building a warm and trusting relationship with the family.
