Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00pm–7:00am
Locations: London, Cambridge & worldwide travel
Salary: £60,000 gross per annum

A longstanding client of the agency is seeking an experienced Night Nanny to
support the care and wellbeing of their two young boys within a fully staffed
household. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a warm and respectful family
with a strong track record of retaining long-term staff. They are looking for a
dedicated professional who can provide consistent overnight support and
become a trusted presence within the children's lives.
Working alongside the family's wider childcare team, you will be responsible for
overseeing the children's evening and overnight routines, ensuring they feel
settled, secure, and well-rested. The role requires someone calm, nurturing, and
highly organised, with a gentle approach and excellent understanding of child
development.
Duties will include supporting the evening routine, assisting with supper if
required, supervising bath and bedtime preparations, settling the children for
the night, and responding appropriately to any overnight needs. You will ensure
bedrooms, clothing, and any items required for the following day are prepared
and organised before the end of your shift. Maintaining detailed handovers with
the daytime childcare team will also form an important part of the role.
The family travels regularly between their homes in London and Cambridge, as
well as internationally throughout the year. You should be confident
accompanying the family when required and adapting to different environments
and schedules while maintaining consistency for the children.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in private
households, be confident caring for multiple children, and possess a calm,
discreet, and professional manner. The family is seeking someone reliable,
proactive, and genuinely committed to a long-term position.
