Contract Location: Dubai

Salary: £6,000–£10,000 Net per Month (Dependent on Experience)

Start Date: December 2026

We are assisting a private family office in the search for two exceptional Norland-

qualified Rota Nannies to join a fully staffed household ahead of the arrival of newborn

twins due in November 2026.

This is a long-term position based on a Dubai employment contract, with the initial

assignment supporting the family's transition from the United States to Gibraltar

following the twins' birth. Thereafter, the role will be based between the family's

residences in Dubai, Gibraltar, London, and other international destinations.

The successful candidates will work as part of a dedicated childcare team, providing

outstanding care from infancy onwards, establishing consistent routines, supporting

developmental milestones, and creating a nurturing, structured, and stimulating

environment for the children.

Applicants must have significant newborn experience and an excellent understanding of

infant care, sleep routines, feeding, weaning, and early years development. Previous

experience caring for twins, travelling with families, and working within private

households would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional care for the twins from age 2-3 months

• Establishing and maintaining feeding, sleeping, and daily routines.

• Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities.

• Managing nursery-related duties and maintaining high standards within the

children's areas.

• Accompanying the family on international travel and ensuring continuity of care

across multiple residences.

• Working collaboratively with fellow childcare professionals and household staff.

This is an outstanding opportunity for two experienced Norland nannies seeking a

rewarding long-term role with a warm, welcoming family and an international lifestyle.
