Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 gross per annum (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant to
support the Managing Director of a well-established aviation business based at Elstree Aerodrome
This is a newly created position, designed to become the Managing Director's trusted right hand and key
point of communication across the business. Approximately 90% of the role is business-focused, with
occasional personal assistance required. The successful candidate will act as a central conduit between the
Managing Director and the wider team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and
growing organisation
Previous aviation experience is not required. The client is seeking an exceptional PA with excellent
organisational ability, strong communication skills and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-
paced office environment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated day-to-day support to the Managing Director.
• Manage a busy diary, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal departments.
• Screen and manage emails, correspondence and telephone calls.
• Prepare meeting agendas, documents and presentations where required.
• Coordinate projects and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
• Organise meetings, events and business appointments.
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
• Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks for the Managing Director.
• Support the smooth running of the office and provide general administrative assistance as required.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional, discreet and proactive with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Able to work independently while building strong relationships across the wider business.
• Ability to commute to Elstree Aerodrome
• Legal right to work in the UK with excellent contactable references.
