Role: Personal Assistant to the Group Chairman
Location: Mayfair, London (office-based with some hybrid flexibility when the Chairman is overseas)
Salary: £70,000–£85,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong intention to review for a permanent
appointment

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, polished and highly organised Personal Assistant
to support the Chairman of a global business, providing approximately 50% business and 50% private support.
Working in tandem with an established Senior PA, you will provide seamless day-to-day support to the
Chairman across both his corporate responsibilities and personal affairs. This is a fast-paced, varied role
requiring exceptional organisation, discretion and flexibility, with occasional UK and international business travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex business and personal diaries.
• Coordinate UK and international travel, itineraries and visas.
• Monitor and manage emails, WhatsApp communications and correspondence.
• Provide executive administrative support and prepare documentation for meetings.
• Coordinate personal appointments, reservations and lifestyle arrangements.
• Support the organisation of private and business events.
• Liaise with family office staff, household employees and external service providers.
• Assist with personal shopping, gifts and ad hoc projects.
• Accompany the Chairman on occasional UK and international business travel.
• Work collaboratively with the existing PA to ensure seamless support and cover.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience supporting a senior executive, Principal or UHNW individual.
• Background within an executive office, family office, private household or corporate environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and confident using technology to improve efficiency.
• Professional, discreet and service-oriented.
• Flexible to support occasional travel and out-of-hours requirements.
• Full right to work in the UK and the ability to undertake frequent international travel.
