Private Chef - Dubai Household
Summary
We are seeking a highly-skilled and dynamic Private Household Chef with a flair for European, Mediterranean, and some Pan-Asian cuisines for an UHNW international family based in Dubai.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: AED 20,000-35,000 per month DOE (upper salary for exceptional candidates)
- Contract: Permanent
- Visa and Private Healthcare
- 20 days paid annual leave
Working Hours and Location
- 6 days per week
- Location: Dubai, UAE
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all culinary operations including menu design, ingredient sourcing, and preparation
- Work solo in the kitchen to elevate daily meals to fine-dining standards
- Coordinate private dinners and occasional catering at Client’s offices
- Cook for children and adhere to dietary preferences
- Willingness to accompany family on international travel is a plus
Candidate Requirements
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent contactable references
- 3-5+ years’ experience in top-tier restaurants or as a Private Chef
- Background at Sous Chef level or above, Michelin-level experience preferred
- Dynamic, discreet, calm under pressure, confident in VIP private household settings
