Role: Private Chef (Live-in or Live-out)
Location: Miami Beach, Florida, USA
Salary: $140,000–$180,000; Pro-rata; DOE
Contract: Permanent
Schedule: October-December 2026 (part-time) - January 2027 permanent, full-time
International Travel: Required

A VIP private family based in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, creative and flexible Private Chef to join their household on a permanent basis from January 2027. There is also the opportunity to begin on a part-time basis from late October 2026, leading into the full-time position
The family is looking for a Chef with a strong focus on healthy, nutritious everyday cooking who can confidently cater for the different tastes and dietary requirements within the household. The style should be fresh, balanced and family-focused rather than overly formal or restaurant-led
A strong repertoire across international cuisines is important, with particular interest in candidates who have excellent Asian cuisine experience, including Japanese, Thai, Korean, Indian or similar influences
The Chef should be comfortable adapting menus to individual preferences, sourcing excellent-quality ingredients and providing varied, interesting food on a daily basis, while also being able to elevate the offering when entertaining.
International travel will form part of the position, so candidates must be flexible and comfortable travelling with the family.
Candidates should have:
• Strong previous Private Chef experience within HNW/UHNW households
• Excellent healthy, family-style cooking skills
• A broad international repertoire, ideally with strong Asian cuisine experience
• Flexibility around different dietary requirements and individual tastes
• A food portfolio or media links
• Excellent contactable references
• Eligibility to work legally in the USA
• Flexibility to travel internationally
