A warm and welcoming British family based in Weybridge are seeking an experienced Private Family Chef for a permanent requirement within their household.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Chef who enjoys cooking delicious, nutritious family-style food on a day-to-day basis, whilst also having the creativity and flair to produce more refined dishes when the family entertain guests.
The family enjoy predominantly British and European cuisine, alongside a variety of global influences including Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern dishes. Day-to-day cooking should be wholesome, fresh and family-focused, using seasonal ingredients and a balanced approach to healthy eating. When entertaining, the Chef should be capable of elevating their offering, producing beautifully presented meals and more sophisticated menus for guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all menu planning, ingredient sourcing, kitchen organisation and food preparation, ensuring the family enjoy a varied and enjoyable dining experience throughout the week.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Private Chef or within high-end hospitality environments and will be equally comfortable producing relaxed family-style meals as they are creating impressive dishes for entertaining. A positive, discreet and adaptable nature is essential, together with a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
