A professional high-net-worth family based in Holland Park are seeking an experienced Rota
Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.
This is a busy, fully staffed home and an excellent opportunity for a career nanny who is
confident working within a dynamic family environment and supporEng children across
mulEple age groups.
The role will involve caring for the family’s three children, including a lively three-year-old, a
school-aged nine-year-old, and a six-month-old baby boy. Both parents have demanding
schedules, so the family are looking for someone highly organised, proacEve and capable of
managing the children’s rouEnes with confidence, warmth and consistency.
You will oversee all aspects of the children’s day-to-day care, including school and nursery
drop-offs and pick-ups, arranging sEmulaEng and age-appropriate acEviEes, supporEng
homework and creaEve play, preparing nutriEous meals, and maintaining smooth morning,
bath and bedEme rouEnes. The role will also involve supporEng the baby’s feeding, sleep
schedule and developmental milestones, whilst working closely with the parents to ensure
conEnuity in approach and rouEne.
InternaEonal travel during school holidays forms part of the posiEon, so flexibility and
previous travel experience are highly desirable. The successful candidate will also work
closely alongside the family’s exisEng nanny on a shared rota basis, making excellent
communicaEon and a collaboraEve mindset essenEal.
The family are keen to find someone calm, adaptable and emoEonally intelligent, who can
integrate seamlessly into the household and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience caring for babies, toddlers and school-aged children within private
households is essenEal, alongside a flexible and professional approach.
