Working alongsideanother rota nanny, you will become an important part of the children's world,helping to provide consistency, structure and support as they continue to growand develop. The role will suit someone who enjoys caring for children across arange of ages and who can confidently adapt their approach to meet each child'sindividual needs.
The family leadsan international lifestyle and travel regularly throughout the year. They aretherefore looking for someone who is flexible, well-presented and confidentaccompanying the family both within Europe and further afield. Whilst thehousehold is fully staffed, the successful candidate should be comfortabletaking ownership of all childcare-related matters and working collaborativelyalongside parents and household staff.
Beyond managingroutines and supporting the children's education and development, the family ishoping to find someone who will become a positive and trusted presence in thechildren's lives. They are seeking a nanny who understands the importance ofbalancing warmth and affection with clear boundaries, and who takes genuinepride in helping children flourish.
Applicants must hold an EU passport (or valid right to work in the EU/Germany) and haveprevious experience working within private households. A recognised childcare qualification is preferred. Previous rota experience is highly desirable, as is experience caring formultiple children across a range of ages. Above all, the family is seeking ananny who is discreet, professional, engaging and committed to building along-term relationship with the family.
In return, therole offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 gross per annum, a 2weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, extensive international travel and the opportunityto join a household where staff are treated with kindness, respect andconsideration.
