Senior Head Housekeeper – Kensington
Salary and Hours
£55,000 – £65,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience). Full-time, permanent contract. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Approximately 10–12 weekends per year with time off in lieu.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out full housekeeping duties including detailed and deep cleaning
- Manage laundry care and ironing to a high standard
- Supervise the smooth day-to-day running of the residence
- Prepare for travel including packing and organisation
- Maintain and update wardrobe and clothing inventories
- Oversee wardrobe management and garment care
- Recruit, train, and supervise household staff
- Communicate with the family office as required
- Coordinate with contractors and external service providers
- Manage household supplies and place orders when necessary
- Introduce systems to improve household organisation and efficiency
- Assist with pet care when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Senior or Head Housekeeper in private households
- Experience in high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth environments
- Valid passport and legal right to work in the UK
- Excellent, contactable references
- Fluent in English
