Senior Private PA / Lifestyle Manager – UHNW Principal
Location: London & International
Salary: £90,000–£130,000 DOE
Travel: Extensive international travel
Type: Full-time, permanent
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Private PA / Lifestyle Manager to support a high-profile UHNW Principal and her family.
This is a highly trusted, hands-on position requiring someone accustomed to operating at the highest level of private service. The Principal leads an exceptionally busy international lifestyle, and the successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day organisation surrounding her personal, family and social commitments.
The role will involve extensive international travel, often accompanying the Principal and ensuring every element of her schedule and lifestyle is meticulously planned and executed.
The Role
• Full management of an exceptionally busy and constantly changing private diary
• Complex international travel planning, itineraries, visas, transfers and last-minute arrangements
• Travelling extensively with the Principal and providing seamless support on the ground
• Managing restaurants, events, memberships, appointments and social engagements globally
• Lifestyle management, including gifting, personal shopping, wellness, beauty and medical appointments
• Coordinating family commitments, holidays and children’s schedules
• Liaising with household staff, drivers, security, family offices and external advisers
• Managing invitations, RSVPs and an extensive international network of contacts
• Researching and securing hard-to-access reservations, experiences and services
• Anticipating requirements before they arise and resolving issues discreetly and quickly
• Handling sensitive personal administration with absolute confidentiality
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and genuine right hand to the Principal
The Candidate
You will already have significant experience supporting a UHNW individual, family, family office or internationally recognised Principal in a private capacity.
You must be exceptionally organised, polished and discreet, with the judgement to operate independently and the flexibility required for a lifestyle that does not always fit traditional working hours.
The successful candidate will be proactive rather than reactive — someone who instinctively thinks several steps ahead and understands that exceptional private support is about making an extraordinarily busy life feel effortless.
Extensive international travel and complete flexibility are essential.
