Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
Dates: Full-time cover throughout September 2026.
Salary: €5,000–€6,000 gross for the month (negotiable depending on experience)

Our lovely UHNW clients are seeking a warm, experienced and engaging Temporary Daily Educational /
Montessori Nanny to support their two-year-old daughter throughout September while the family are
based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris. This is a daily position, and applicants should already be based in the
Paris area, as accommodation is not provided.
This role has a strong educational focus. The family are looking for someone with a background in
Montessori education, nursery, preschool or early years education, who is passionate about supporting
young children’s learning and development. The successful candidate will create fun, stimulating and age-
appropriate activities that introduce something new every day, encouraging curiosity, creativity and
confidence through play-based learning.
A key aspect of the role will be taking the family’s daughter on engaging outings to child-friendly parks,
museums, play spaces and other suitable activities throughout Paris, ensuring each day is varied,
enriching and enjoyable. As the family would also like their daughter to strengthen her French language
skills, the ideal candidate will be fluent in French and naturally incorporate spoken French into everyday
interactions, play and learning opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be organised, energetic, proactive and genuinely passionate about early years
education. Previous experience caring for toddlers is essential, together with a strong understanding of
child development. Experience working within private households or with high-net-worth families would
be advantageous. The successful applicant will be warm, discreet, professional and able to build a
wonderful relationship with the family’s daughter while working seamlessly alongside the parents and
any household staff.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience caring for toddlers.
• A background in Montessori education, nursery, preschool or early years education.
• Fluent French speaker, able to communicate with the child naturally throughout the day.
• Excellent understanding of early years development and learning through play.
• Creative, proactive and confident planning educational activities and outings.
• Excellent checkable references.
• Paediatric First Aid certification preferred.
• Legal right to work in France.
• Already based in the Paris area, as accommodation is not provided.
