A HNW family based in Dubai, is seeking an exceptional, experienced and hands-on Private Housekeeper
The family lives in a four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa and employs a full-time nanny. They are looking for a top-calibre housekeeper who can proactively take full responsibility for maintaining an immaculate, organised and smoothly run home, with minimal supervision
This is primarily a hands-on housekeeping position with additional household responsibilities. The successful candidate must be confident carrying out all duties personally and should not be seeking a management role
Duties will include:
• Daily cleaning and presentation of the residence to an exceptional, hotel-level standard.
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe organisation and specialist care of delicate fabrics and garments.
• Changing bedding and making beds to a consistently high professional standard.
• Organising cupboards, wardrobes, refrigerators and household storage areas.
• Monitoring household supplies and managing routine deliveries and dry-cleaning collections.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or defects
• Packing and unpacking luggage for family and business travel when required.
• Preparing occasional simple meals for the children.
• Providing occasional practical support or an additional watchful presence for the toddler. The family’s nanny retains primary responsibility for both children.
• Travelling internationally with the family on occasion, where possible.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have strong Private-Household, Luxury-Hotel, Yacht or comparable high-end housekeeping experience.
• Be highly skilled in hands-on cleaning, laundry, ironing and fabric care.
• Have an exceptional eye for detail and take genuine pride in maintaining an orderly home.
• Work independently, use initiative and require minimal supervision or training.
• Notice what needs attention and act proactively rather than waiting to be instructed.
• Be an effective and confident communicator, and follow written instructions carefully
• Be discreet, warm, presentable and comfortable around young children.
• Be reliable, loyal and interested in a stable, long-term position.
• Provide excellent, verifiable references.
